Unable to appeal

Dear whomever is wise in the ways of this website,
I can't apppeal for a ban. When I press appeal, it goes to a new page that says "Enter your Minecraft Username to appeal:". I then do, and then press the green button that says "Start Appeal --> ". Then in red letters and in a red box it says "Error! AnimalFarmer1984 has nothing to appeal". But thats not true, I have video evidence and already posted a report. It didn't even give me a chance to appeal. So what does it mean "nothing to appeal" when I do, and didn't give me a chance to write anything? Please help, because this guy really deserves a longlasting ban.

Appealing is for players that are already banned and wants to get unbanned. If you're not banned, you don't have to worry about appealing ;)

As @hgbf stated, the appeal system is for players who have gotten themselves banned/muted. They use the appeal system to try to get themselves unbanned/unmuted. If you have not broken any rules, then you wouldn't have anything to appeal.
