Uber cubelet

I crafted an Uber Cubelet with 5 rare ones and then played a bit, the I go to open it and it disappeared on me, like it's not there. I could have got a mini Andy and I can't now :(

Sounds like a bug. Maybe try switching lobbies or restart minecraft.
