Transfer of Items of old account to new?

I lost my old account details for my alt account - is there any way I can gain all of my items and XP from my alt account?

We no longer offer transfers. Players are responsible for the security of their own accounts. If someone else gains access to their account by any means, it is still their responsibility. If they have lost access to the account they can contact Mojang to get it back. Information to do this is here.

Please make an attempt to regain access to your alternate account, as we do not transfer any ranks or statistics due to the reasons above.
