I'm not saying toxicity is generally good, all I'm saying is if the server is toxic that means it's headed in the right direction. People care about losing. Chat filters seem like a good idea but don't actually do anything to limit toxicity, they can always be bypassed or toxicity can be displayed in different ways. Being toxic can be considered a coping method to high levels of anger.

I'm going to assume that you don't mean just on the server. Honestly, there's not much that can be done unless it's really escalated. The best thing to do is ignore it as best you can. If you see someone on the server that's throwing out "noob" "L" and things like that, you can just keep playing or use the /ignore command. If you see it on the forums and it's getting bad, inform a staff member and they can do something about it.
