Hello CubeCraft Team,


I’m a long-time player and fan of CubeCraft, but recently I’ve noticed a serious decline in the quality of moderation and anti-cheat performance, especially in BlockWars.


During my recent sessions, I saw multiple players clearly flying and using hacks, while I — a fair player — got kicked unfairly for something I didn’t do. This kind of situation really hurts the experience and makes the server feel unbalanced and frustrating to play on.


It’s UTTERLY disappointing to see hackers freely ruining matches without any quick response, while legitimate players are punished by mistake. The anti-cheat system clearly needs improvement, and I believe staff oversight should be stronger in BlockWars, and other gamemodes as well, where hacking is most common.


I truly hope CubeCraft takes this feedback seriously. Many of us love this server and want to see it improve, but the current moderation feels slow, inconsistent, and sometimes unfair.


Please review:

• The accuracy of the anti-cheat system
• The response speed of moderators in active game modes
• Better distinction between real hacks and normal gameplay

In approx every games, Hackers are increasing as i Dont play Minecrafy alone i play different games too and hackers are increasing The Ban system doesn't work if CC system don't detect them

Yes, Block Wars has many problems that I hope will be fixed.

To be fair to sentinel, its done pretty well. It banned a dragger mid scrim I was in, and most hackers I reported on forums were banned by sentinel in the same day and then the staff banned them. Also, hacks are developing so sentinel also has to develop but hacks are improving faster then sentinel so you just have to report them on using in built recording software (Windows: Xbox Game Bar, Console: inbuilt console recording systems)

In my opinion, Sentinel is the best cheat protection system for Bedrock, but lately there has been a real increase in cheaters. In the past, those who did the cheating were banned immediately. In my opinion, new people should be recruited to the team, I think the number of people who look at the reports reported by people is low. Even to the report I make on the forum, I get a response after 1-2 days, but this does not mean that I am badmouthing the officials. There are places they are interested in other than here. But I say again, new people need to be recruited to the team and these reports need to be looked at more.
