They admitted to hacking, but I somehow cant report it

So I caught this hacker who was playing skywars with me, and I saw them chest stealing. I immediately called them out for hacking and they admitted it, I tried to report them but when I went into the "menu" for the type of offense, I chose illegal client but it needed a video evidence, how can I report them?

You must have video evidence to report a hacker. You can use a software such as OBS to record them, upload it to youtube.com and then make a report.

Btw, only admitting to hacking with no additional evidence is not enough to get them banned as the line between a joke and the truth is blurry. People will 'admit' to hacking as a joke even when they aren't so make sure you have good evidence. I dont believe them admitting will make any difference at all to the chance of them getting banned most of the time but correct me if I'm wrong.
