The new 1.8 skin layout

There is a new 1.8 skin layout for skins, this is confusing me and I dont see how it is used, i managed to find a image of the layout but I dont know how you would make it, also would the skins using the layout now still be allowed?

To me it just looks like a hole bunch of mess on a page. Maybe search on youtube when 1.8 does come out...

Okay so, There will be the current skin as of now. Which is 1 Layer For body 2 Layers for head.
The new 1.8 layout will have a Torso, Arms, Legs all 2 layers.
This allows for more detail on skins and more depth.

Current 1.7 skins are still usable, and 1.8 skins can also be adjusted through options.You can take off certain layers in-game. :)

You could always take off hat and hoodie, now you can take off your body layers to go back to the first layer.
