This has already been suggested multiple times (I found this one: https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/add-a-hearts-bar-below-the-nametag.234375/page-2#post-1130489). If you really want to have this, you best option would be to download a mod that displays it! Also you should do your research before posting a suggestion. But here is what I think about this: I don’t really think it’s necessary but I wouldn’t mind having this feature if it was toggleable.
I’m missing something..? But I don’t see people’s health by pressing tab.

I would suggest downloading labymod but if you download that you arent able to report via the site but you are able to do it ingame with /report

An example of the server problem I was talking about. You can see the ping mismatch between my client and what the server says. If I was actually lagging, the ping number on my client would be much higher. The ping spike happened after playing a few matches in the server, which makes it impossible to have a long session without lagging or having to relog.
