Implemented Java Start the game ender with less people.

Many people leave the game because it wont start, it is mostly stuck on 8 people. so if the game can start with 6 people there will be more people and more chance to get a full server.

Oh this is good timing! @SuperSuccubus has just fixed this issue, games should start with a minimum of 8 players now.

What about bedrock? The wait takes like 4-5 mins and I think it should be like 6 players rather than 8 if it takes too long

The change was also implemented on Bedrock, it was set to 8, which should work just fine.
