All Networks /staff

You need help ingame but you don’t have a way to know there is staff online until you see them somewhere.
That’s why I suggest adding this command-
/staff
The idea of that is to show Moderators and Helpers which are most likely online and they are going to answer your question almost always.
Would you like to see this kind of command?
Changes are welcome as well if they are going to make the idea better

It's not a secret that we have a rather small team of helpers and moderators. A result of this is that there aren't that many of us online either.
A command like the one you are suggesting wouldn't be a solution to players who need a staff member's assistance, as ±3 staff members wouldn't be able to keep up with the constant flow of questions, requests and reports.

We already have Discord channel dedicated to questions/requests for staff members and a limited report command in-game, which I think works pretty good.

True, but Discord is too convenient to not use. It would be impossible to implement a communication platform equally as good as Discord into Minecraft.

If this command is available for everyone, hackers can see if there is staff online and if they see that no staff is online, they can hack for a longer period if sentinel doesn’t ban them.

Hackers use hacks whenever they want, they don't really care if there are staff members online tbh

you can use the "staff help" channel on cubecraft's official discord ( https://discord.gg/cubecraft ) to request help. Not all moderators are online in java, sometimes yes in discord
