Some Questions About Survival Games

First off is there an enchanting table at castles? I can never find it. I've pretty much found all of them except on castles.
And,..
Is teaming really a bannable offense? No rule board/book states it and I have never seen a staff member say so just regular players who might just be annoyed at teaming.

So far my Survival Games experience go, is there no Enchanting table at Castles. Maybe a secret one.

It isn't banable on Survival Games but it is on Solo Eggwars.
