Java Skywars/cubecraft, Bow Bug? Fishing rod does'nt work? Or..

Hello Cubecrafters,
When I play team skywars I see that when I stand behind blocks, my arrows wont shoot. Why is this? This is frustrating when you want to sneak kill someone (when ur behind blocks) when he walks on a bridge, Then somehow arrows won't shoot. Alot times my bow actions fail due to this, and people survive. Only at cubecraft I have this problem with my bow. + when using fishing rod it does'nt pull a enemy to you.

Do you have a arrow trail on? This might be because you trail exists out of invincible armour stands. You can see this then you are in spectator mode. I think the armour stands are hitting the block.

Not sure about the fishing rod.

I've never had a problem with that, you should talk to the staff.
