Bedrock Sky basing

I am not sure if this is a good thing, I would like your opinions.
Players doing their basing in games gets annoying, as they do it at a difficult height to reach.
My idea is to lower the height limit so they don't base so high.

To be reporting to a player in every game... mmmm, it's a bit difficult because I play on Xbox.

I do have the ability to record on Xbox, but it's a bit cumbersome to have to record a video showing what you are doing and have to come to the PC upload the video to Youtube, wait for it to load and then report it and repeat the process over and over again, as gamers don't understand.
Also you can create another account and do the same thing, it doesn't seem fair :(

Yeah I agree with this and I think it should be lowered like 10 blocks or something

Makes sense yeah. If it isn't allowed to skybase, then why have such a high height limit
