Server log in Bedrock

I'm finding it takes me a lifetime to connect to the server.

Says connecting to external server for a minute or two then says timed out.
My connection is fine as I can connect to every other available server but cubecraft.

No I think he is using RTX edition it won't let him in so he have to change it

so best way is download Xbox Insider Hub and change Minecraft from RTX to Normal then reinstall Minecraft :D

No, I did the xbox insider thing, changed to beta, and have un-enrolled from it, uninstalling and reinstalling every step of the way.
