Well I'd say to ignore them if they weren't joking, because that does come out as not-so-healthy to me but not exactly rude.
i've never seen cyberbullying on bedrock before

when it comes to toxie people, ignore them. If you respond or make a forum about a single rude message it'll just give them the satisfaction of noticing them. They probably just want attention. It's just a single person, don't worry about it.
