I'm sorry but besides Assasinations and FFA, staff members can't join live games, and without video evidence they can't ban him. If you want to report that person, all you have to do is simply:
1) Collect video evidence of that person, some useful programs are:
- OBS
- Fraps
- Bandicam
2) Type in any lobby /registerreports and make an account, more information can be found here: (https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/how-to-use-the-new-report-system.175577/)
3) Report that person with the evidence you made, simple as that ;)
