Java SkyWars What's up with the concerning amount of hackers on Skywars?

Every 2 or so games someone with a long ass name appears and starts flying around the map just circling and killing everyone whilst automatically replacing their gear with the better one they find

There's also the other hackers which do not seem to be "bots" who have the same hacks i've mentioned and sometimes the occasional kill aura or reach

Why there are so many? has the cubecraft anticheat in java gone bad? these guys will play and screw up dozens and dozens of games on the arguably most active gamemode on java aside from FFA before they're actually banned, some don't even get banned at all, i've seen the same guys keep hacking and terrorizing people for like 3 days before actions are taken!

Why is this the case? can someone explain it to me?

Im sure staff are doing what they can to fix this , but i do agree on the ammount of hackers in the server , there will be always hackers in minecraft in general . You can always report on the site to help the staff team to punish them , record and upload on YT then report , i do this all the time cuz alot of cheaters simply log out b4 the anti cheat detect them.
But i have a tiny trick ... you see this cheaters always have similar namea (lin/rave etc ..) just simply /report b4 the game begins most of the time they get kicked when the game starts but doesnt always work so be ready to record and report on web .
