Report/Ban System

1. When you report someone and that player is currently banned by a other report then the status by my report is closed because he is currently banned but that sounds so negative. Maybe the status can be handled because you also report that player?

2. When a player is reported for 2 or 3 times can he get a perm ban or is it always a temporary ban? (I can't find this on the Forum.)

2nd offense is a perm ban

First ban: 1 month.
Second ban: permanent.

I know, I would want those "Closed" to have another colour, like orange or yellow. I don't like when I see it's "Closed", it seems it has been denied xD :P
