RANKS NOT WORKING

I bought a gold rank and it told me to wait 15 minutes. I went back on 15 minutes later but it said I still had a stone rank so I went back onto the site and it said ''Upgrade your stone rank''. I knew that there was a problem. Does anyone have any idea on what I could do?

PaymentWall is processing your purchase... you need to wait up 48 (or 72, I don't know) hours until send an E-Mail to sales@cubecraft.net . You will need to show them evidence.

Anyways, as I ever fail with things related to Paymentwall I'll ask @Marco Slater & @Joe Henry to come
