RANKS NOT WORKING

    I bought a gold rank and it told me to wait 15 minutes. I went back on 15 minutes later but it said I still had a stone rank so I went back onto the site and it said ''Upgrade your stone rank''. I knew that there was a problem. Does anyone have any idea on what I could do?
