Si no recibes el rango dentro de 5 días (en tu caso, 2 meses), contacta a sales@cubecraft.net (por email) explicando que no te ha llegado aún el rango desde la fecha que lo compraste y dale estos datos también:
-ID de la transacción de la compra.
-Fecha de la compra.
-Tu nombre en Minecraft.
-El email donde has recibido esa notificación.

Para acelerar la respuesta, te sugiero que lo escribas en inglés ya que Cubecraft es un servidor de ese idioma.
