Hello! If you haven't' received your item within 72 hours of your purchase please email
sales@cubecraft.net with the following information!
The information we need is;
- Transaction ID (This usually starts with a B or a W. It is not the transaction ID on the card statement).
- Date of purchase.
- Minecraft username.
- Email address entered at checkout.
If you can't find the email with the information be sure to check your spam folder. If that information is not there and your card has been charged please provide us with your bank statements for proper documentation of proof.
