Hello everyone I just downloaded Minecraft bedrock, and I joined cubecraft, but the chat is massive anyone knows how to make it smaller or just to delete it? I couldn't find the setting for it, and is it even possible?

You can use the resource pack to minimize or hide the chat.

If you go into your settings, then video, scroll to the bottom you’ll find a GUI scale modifier which will make your chat and inventory bar smaller. kinda sucks cause it’s either really big or really small, no in between like back in the day where you can adjust it to your liking. Hope this helps!

You can reduce the Screen Safety, I don’t quite remember what was the name but it had safety this will make the chat smaller. Or you can use Client, such as Flarial, OderSo, Latite, Onix, etc they have a lot of modules that makes the game easier.

Or your HUD Opacity, also in video settings, will make your chat look “faded” the lower percentage you go down.

From java player getting in to bedrock, java chat ui is amazing. Also clients such as flarial that add some java stuff such as tab and other cool features :)

Also project light v4 is good texture pack as it minimises chat, although new update seemed to have made everything else about the pack worse/broken
