I do not think it is in a new enough version to have them but I may be wrong

Yes I’m unable to see the shield while in the crafting table.

Craft it manually without using the crafting guide, it’ll make it. The shields don’t work tho, I think it’s because of the version of minecraft that skyblock runs on

They were added to the game after the update. It can be used if you hold onto the mob
