Discord Put a channel on discord for community-help

I know in discord in the chat of each leanguage the people help other people, but I think it will be better if cubecraft create a channel specific for community-help (where the players that are not staff help other players) to have more specific sections in discord and the players can ask their questions in this channel and be secure to someone response him without any comment of other thing that is not help. For this are the chat for each language (like english, spanish).

I am afraid too much miss information will be spread by adding this, which will of course have a negative effect on the network. Lets just keep it to staff-help.

I don't think this is needed since there are a lot of new helpers right now and every question gets answered fast, also the members can give wrong answers on questions. This has been suggested before, but if you want to help anyway you can always tag a person in another channel and answer his question there.
