You can visit your friend's island if you leave your co-op profile (or using another profile slot if you got rank)
You can't exchange or trade coins

u can visit others ppl profile by joining them, if u get msg while joining''u dont have enough profiles'' simply leave 1 coop profile please note that if u r alone on that coop profile u will lose it forever.

and no u cant trade coins even not with ur island members
