Are you talking about being banned? If so you can make an appeal here: https://appeals.ccgn.co or if you have already sent one then you have to wait. If you have been waiting 3 months then I think your appeal has been denied and you have to wait till your ban expires.
If you are not talking about this then please say what you are talking about.
