Why not announce to the team what kit you're using, allow team chat only, or calling a role like "egg guard" "rushing mid" or "attacking sides". As mods said though, 15s is nothing and nothing needs to be done about this.

If this ever happens there will be a lot of criticizing to eggwars. For example people with Gold+ if they choose something like Hardcore or Op triple health, most people are going pressure the person to choose what they want.

Spoiler: My thinking on how this would go like if it has been implemented.

Server: Eggwars start in 3.. 2.. 1.. GOO!
Server: Teleports everyone to glass cages.
Gold+ Rank Player: Votes for Op and Triple health
Steve: Whyy u no vote for normal
Alex: Yeah why, vote for op and normal
Player1: Come on change triple health to NORMAL
Server: *Releases Cages
Gold+ Rank Player: Come on, I like OP and triple health
Steve: U buy a rank for this..
Alex: Why u no change, everyone target him
Player1: Whyyyyyyy We all like normal..

In the end: R.I.P the Gold+ Rank Player..

Unfortunately, this kind of already happens. In a game of oriental I was playing, I voted for Hardcore when everyone wanted op. Of the 5 other teams, 2 went strictly for me, 2 were camping, and 1 just did whatever they wanted. Removing this plugin wouldn't make it any worse.
