Kill message types:
- Melee
- Explosion
- Void
- Bow

Emote types:
- Any form
- As long as it's possible to appear in Minecraft.
- If give a link to the emote if there's a web page for it (Unicode etc).

Can you make it an option to see it as well? Some of us don’t want these effects and might find them annoying.

Can you make it an option to see it as well? Some of us don’t want these effects and might find them annoying.

We cannot stop Plus users from having the custom kill messages. But, there are plans to make it so Plus users can disable the Emotes.

Kill message types:

- [Player 1] got snapped away by [Player 2] (Melee)
- [Player 1] got send into the void by [Player 2] (Void) (I'm not sure if this already exists)
- [Player 1] made an explosion out of [Player 2]
- [Player 1] got turned into dust by [Player 2] (Melee)

[Player1] bounced [Player2] off of the floor [Could work for making someone fall and die]
[Player1] got a face lift by [Player2]
[Player1] bought [Player2] a gift.. Oh wait it's just death
[Player1] wanted to show [Player2] something cool.. DEATH!

Melee-
[Player] was RKO’d out of nowhere by [Player].

Void-
[Player] was too scared to fight.
[Player] tried being a ninja for once...didn’t turn so well.

Explosion-
[Player] thought this was Bomberman.

Bow-
[Player] was impaled by Archerman [Player].
[Player] hit the bullseye! [Player]’s body...

Like this if you want to see these in the game because in my opinion these are pretty good.

RemiO05 was no match for Spuuuni
RemiO05 was annihilated by Spuuuni
Can anyone beat Spuuuni? RemiO05 can't
Spuuuni wiped the floor with RemiO05
Spuuuni sent RemiO05 to the underworld
Spuuuni sent RemiO05 to the deep freezer

Here are some other ideas:

RemiO05 tried to destroy Spuuuni but failed

What about killing people with an axe?
Spuuuni thought RemiO05 was a tree and killed him with an axe

Explosion:
RemiO05 tried to TNT jump while escaping Spuuuni
Spuuuni used TNT to kill RemiO05

At the moment and most likely forever, kill messages only know if you've been killed by melee, bows, explosions or the void. They will not know if it's related to 300 blocks away, killed by an axe, kill streaks etc. Sadly.

Player 1 screamed "Katniss" after killing Player 2

There is actually some kitpvp servers that show your killstreak when you die
