Try to make good posts, start with stuff like questions, polls or facts on your profile, for helper you'd need at least 15 messages, so that may not be a problem, you need 30 messages on discord too, and you'd need to be active on forums quite a time, I hope that this helps, welcome and have a nice stay here!
