Pinned Thread Changes

Mini Forums update so I have a couple problems with some pinned threads :P

The mods listed below are the only allowed mods are our server

No they are not :3 This just causes a lot of confusion as people think they can't use their specific HUD mod, better animations mod, ect.

I would recommend removing this part but keeping the warning that if you are not using a mod on this list you may be banned.
Possibly specifically mention that if a mod doesn't give a gameplay advantage it is allowed. ♡

Have @Joe Henry make a thread about lost/unreceived ranks here I think it would fit very well and it kind of is needed. ♡ (Or possibly in "bug reports/support" but I think its a bit crowded in there.)

I've heard you guys accept report from Laby mod users now ;) might want to change this ♡

This is beautiful. These are great ideas, even know some of these are not even ideas but just questions, but either way. XD

Not a bad idea, I'll do it when I get a minute. Might make the whole support things easier for players :)

This is a very good idea! I completely support it. Making things easier for users is priority for any forums/server, and I think this would help in doing so,
