Bedrock Ping matching

Please please Cubecraft admins can you make it an option to wait longer to match with similar ping players?? I am going out of my mind being matched to 150+ ping people and dying because they're hitting me before i can hit them. I say this as someone with about 80 ping. For Battle Arena Duels, this wouldn't be hard to implement but for multi-team games, I'm not sure how you'd go about it.
BUT PLEASE IM GOING CRAZY

Because if the system waits for players with similar ping it has a smaller pool of players to choose from... Smaller pool = longer matchmaking times. Especially during off peak hours
