I once messaged rubik about another server that had a lot of cubecraft's eggwars and skywars maps.
He said they had already asked the server to create original maps but it never happened, so I guess it's not forbidden (if it's a no premium server).

Copying maps from other servers is just so weak. It really shows how unprofessional the server is that's copying stuff.
But it's also a sign for Cubecraft that the build team is doing extremely well , even big servers like their maps ;)

Hey thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'll get something out to the server asking them to remove the maps. Whilst I don't like being heavy handed the Minecraft community is a lot better when everyone is making their own content. There is a difference between inspiration and flat out copying.
