All Networks Perk after kills

I really would love to see this added to cubecraft bedrock or java, kill perks such as strength, speed, health, regen, or any others after kills. Please leave your opinion!

this would be to much like hypixel skywars, and you didnt specify a gamemode for this :\

there is something like that in java 1.9+ that idk what happends but u gain speed sometimes(i realy do not know im a dumb bedrock player)
