Pera as a swear word?

Why do CC ban "pera" word? In Spanish, it's just a fruit! (Pear). Because of this, we can't say 'Espera' that means 'wait'. This is really annoying... Please fix it, all Spanish people hate this

Oh does pera means "pear". I was in a game with someone earlier on the day and he said to me: "You going to lose." and is was alos with the word pera. :p(Something in spanish)
