People spamming horses in "spooky" kit-PvP map

As you can see in my video, people are spamming horses, this wouldn't be a problem, but, because cubecraft updated to 1.9, the horses will be pushing you around.... Also, I don't know how they spawned the horses, it only spawns in when you click spawn.... And, this is only happening in spooky, why I dont know.
I know it's possible to remove the pushing, so maybe that's an solution?

However I have stopped players from doing this as well as fixed a few bugs :)

It's in kit PvP, so he can decide if he wants to post it in the bugs section or the kit PvP section
