Parkour Competitive Map

In the Piano map I always lag on it, I was playing on it yesterday and I was lagging so hard, the other guy was playing very well and I was at the middle of the track, he was falling all the way, when I went to the end my screen started to freeze multiple times and I was trying to move, after 20 secs I saw that the other guy finished before me.

How can I fix this lag?? I am really confusing I lose all the time in this map with lagging, I don't use mods I just use Optifine sometimes or without Optifine.

Is there a way to fix that? :p

The only thing I can think of is that in Parkour Competitive my Memory gets full very quick. So just restart Minecraft and you should be fine for the next hour.^^

I tried to restart Minecraft and the internet, I swear it's not helping with anything...
