Asian servers will come one day, but it won't be anytime soon. So don't go getting your hopes up.

We are definitely looking into the possibility of creating more regions in different parts of the world - we just want to make sure that it works in NA first before starting work on others

As Younisco said it has been stated and Na regions still have a little more work to do before its done then they'll look at new server regions :D
