If they made 2 servers, they might as well make 2 forums. See what i mean?

I am pretty sure the server is accessible for players from NA. I mean, I play on games that reside on NA, so I don't see why you can't play.

But what im saying is, if they split up the community on the server, why not split it up on the forums.
Because if the players cant play together, whats the point of having them talk to eachother online.
You could have fone a little deeper in to thought of the analogy.
