Nobody sees what I write helps

I try to write in the games or in the game chat with my friends but what I write does not appear to them, before it did appear to them and now to no one. I'm from windows10

If that doesn’t work then you’re most likely shadow muted, which is something we can’t help you with as it’s a punishment automatically issued by Microsoft

I can read others but they cannot read to me. I already did the microsoft thing but I think I'll have to stay like this :(
