No Longer Have Diamond Rank

I used to play on this server a lot a few years back. I purchased the diamond rank then. It was from my understanding that the ranks were lifetime. I am confused as to why I do not have my rank anymore. I did change my username from BigDogLittleDog to Cultish, but I did not think that should affect anything. Can I get some help getting my rank back?
