Hello, another suggestion. I fell the ninja should spawn with 3 enderpearls, if possible, because a ninja isn't just fast, they are agile and should get around quick! Also they should spawn with 1 smoke bomb which could give blindness.

People could go to some weird places, maybe just a short enderpearl like the blink power in Dishonored.

What about the smoke bomb idea, it could be blindness for 5 seconds! And you are right about the enderpearls, but the ninja kit right now seems kind of weak. Only leather chest, and stone sword; however there is speed 1.

A glitch people were using to copy diamond armour, and keep the diamond armour.

The ninja kit will stay as it is, no need to change it. As for the smoke bombs, I find that a bit too OP as well, due to the fact people won't be able to see you as well, and easily die.
