New Off-Topic Sub-Forum

I think that a new sub-forum in off-topic called random or other would be good because some people might have random things they want to say or start a conversation about but at the current moment (as far as I know) there is no where that you can make a post of this kind.

If you feel like making a random thread just do it in the ''media'' section. You can post anything there , but keep it clean please :)
