New friends speak?

Often i add people because they're nice and cool and stuff... So i add them to play again with them when they come back online. The only problem is... there is no way contacting them if they're in a different lobby/game. I really want to play again with them and contact them to talk to them again. But there is literately no way unless i happen to bump into him again. I think there should be a command like /friend tell/whisper/w/r/msg/message... any of those (player) (message). Example - /friend tell misterbigchin I'm in lobby 1337. come join! This would be a lot easier to communicate and contact friends.

Btw if you dont want your friends to spam you with messages, there should be a menu thing in the settings(chest) and it says friends. it than shows a list of your friends. you can search for a friends name and click mute.
