New forum; Player made guides/tips

I have some drafts with guides for players (EggWars tips and my personal version of How to report a hacker), but I just realized there is no place to post them. So, why isn't there a forum to post stuff like this? Maybe a general discussion forum, or a player made guides/tips forums. What do you think?

EggWars tips could be put in the "games" section, "How to report a hacker" isn't really necessary as we already have threads like this pinned in the Report a Player section.
Any general discussions can usually be put into the Media section. :)

Yes, I know, but Media forums are just to do general discussion about videos or imagea.. I would like to have a general discussion that didn't require any videos or images to talk about
