Hello!

It can take up to 15 minutes for your rank to come in. I would advice waiting a little longer but if you do not have the patience then please email (sales@cubecraft.net) as stated above, they would need more information such as:

- Transaction ID (This usually starts with a B or a W. It is not the transaction ID on the card statement).
- Date of purchase.
- Minecraft username.
- Email address entered at checkout.
