I don't think that you can buy friends on our store, but miniatures are also friends ;).
I have looked at your database and you haven't any rank. If you have yet bought a rank and you don't have a rank, Please contact @Joe Henry like what @Jackelele has said.

What I am getting from this thread is you bought a rank for your friend
You are asking whether they got their rank or not

If I am correct on that than you could ask them
If you are unable to contact them at the moment
What is their in game name, and what rank did you buy them
There is a chance someone here may have seen them in game
