Your "Hacker" friend failed in hacking in because CCG owners haves anti-cheat shield which is very powerful, and also cannot be hacked. Then, OF COURSE, your friend will fail because of the security, and it costs money to do this. If your friend is that dumb to pay money to just unban you, then well, urmm, sure.
