Hey cubecraft,

I have on my old account: Justbroodje08
I had a diamond rank!

my account was hacked I do not know how!
but now I have a new minecraft account!
is it possible that you who diamond rank about?
or should you have any proof?

Cubecraft does not transfer ranks across accounts. What I'd recommend you to do is simply contacting Mojang and asking them to help you get your account back. They are usually really good at helping in these situations.

I also want to add that you should never leave your login information anywhere but on minecraft.net. Many sites promises free ranks or capes, as long as you give them your login info. Those websites are fake.

You may send an e-mail to support@cubcraft.net. Include your proof of payment and describe your situation.

Cubecraft does not transfer ranks across accounts.

They do transfer ranks to other accounts. However accounts can not be banned on the server and players need to attach their proof of payment.

That's because you own that account?
Basically, you haven't deleted your old minecraft account ( Correct me if I'm wrong ). So you owe 2 accounts.

You're correct. justbroodje038 is an account. You misspelled it in your first message.

Yes! I know What you have to do, I had the same problem. You Search the Transaction id of your purchase. You get an e mail from cubecraft. And than say you Old And new username And give you the Transaction id
