You should be able to see your appeal code as soon as you try to say something in chat.

Please, explain the situation as detailed as possible. (What you did before the ban, if you jitter or butterfly click, your cps and what clients were you using; optifine, labymod, 5zig, vanilla mc, etc).
Try to speak English when messaging him.
He will take a look at it for you.
Please don't spam him, CrazymanJR is a very busy man.
Also don't be afraid to speak your main language on the forums, there are probably people who understand it.
